    Drop support for XEmacs package EFS
    
    EFS is a long defunct XEmacs-specific fork of Ange FTP that is
    superseded by TRAMP.

    * lisp/speedbar.el (speedbar-check-vc): Drop support for XEmacs
    package EFS.
