Make some rst.el compat aliases obsolete
* lisp/textmodes/rst.el (rst-adjust-section-title)
(rst-display-adornments-hierarchy, rst-straighten-adornments)
(rst-toc-insert-update, rst-goto-section)
(rst-toc-mode-goto-section, rst-toc-mode-mouse-goto)
(rst-toc-mode-mouse-goto-kill, rst-toc-quit-window): Make
compatibility aliases obsolete.
