    Allow searching for regexps with a prefix
    
    * doc/misc/info.texi (Search Index): Mention it.
    
    * lisp/info.el (Info-find-node): Allow not signalling errors.
    (Info-apropos-matches): Allow taking a regexp.
    (info-apropos): Prefix now means looking for a regexp.
