Commit: Eric Abrahamsen <eric@ericabrahamsen.net>

    Fix manual documentation of Gnus tool bars

    * doc/misc/gnus.texi: The options `gnus-use-toolbar',
    `gnus-toolbar-thickness', and `gnus-summary-mail-toolbar' no longer
    exist. Other options in this section have been renamed from "toolbar"
    to "tool-bar".
