    Remove useless functions from PGTK port that were breaking emacsbug
    
    * src/pgtkfns.c (Fx_server_vendor, Fx_server_version): Remove
    useless functions that returned invalid values.
    (syms_of_pgtkfns): Stop defining removed subrs.
