Another addition to latin-2 input methods
* lisp/leim/quail/latin-pre.el ("latin-2-prefix"):
* lisp/leim/quail/latin-post.el ("latin-2-postfix"): Add variants
of "`t" and "t," for Romanian. (Bug#51638)
