commit 694c82ab1a89a0f473e5e619f256f23f9f3bc132
Author: Amin Bandali <bandali@gnu.org>
Commit: Amin Bandali <bandali@gnu.org>

    Replace irc.freenode.net with chat.freenode.net

chat.freenode.net has been the preferred address for connecting to the
freenode IRC network for years now. Replace the occurrences of
    irc.freenode.net with chat.freenode.net.
