Here's another shortdoc improvement: navigation commands.
I'm seeing some possibly incorrect behavior with
`text-property-search-backward'. See the FIXMEs in my patch. The
documentation says "if a matching region is found, moves point to its
beginning", but in practice that doesn't happen (at least not in this
case). Is this a bug or am I just missing something?
Any comments?
