feature/native-comp 035a91d 2/3: * Define casts using functions.

From: Andrea Corallo
Subject: feature/native-comp 035a91d 2/3: * Define casts using functions.
Date: Mon, 1 Jun 2020 16:28:06 -0400 (EDT)

branch: feature/native-comp
commit 035a91dd963290a40766b430e4e9a108cbbc4eac
Author: Nicolás Bértolo <nicolasbertolo@gmail.com>
Commit: Andrea Corallo <akrl@sdf.org>

    * Define casts using functions.

    This is to dump prettier C files.
    This does not affect compilation times in my tests.

    * src/comp.c: Define a 15x15 cast matrix. Use it in emit_coerce().
