    Improve regexp advice again, and unchain ranges
    
    * doc/lispref/searching.texi (Regexp Special):
    Mention char classes earlier, in a more-logical place.
    Advise sticking to ASCII letters and digits in ranges.
    Reword negative advice to make it clearer that it’s negative.
