Mark thread-alive-p as obsolete
* etc/NEWS (thread-alive-p):
* lisp/emacs-lisp/thread.el (thread-alive-p): Mark it as obsolete.
* test/src/thread-tests.el (threads-join-error)
(threads-signal-main-thread): Use `thread-live-p'.
