    Update from Gnulib
    
    This incorporates:
    2018-08-11 verify: port 'assume' to traditional tools
    * build-aux/config.sub, lib/regcomp.c, lib/verify.h:
    Copy from Gnulib.
    * lib/gnulib.mk.in: Regenerate.
