    Improve documentation of 'empty' whitespace-style
    
    * doc/emacs/display.texi (Useless Whitespace): Clarify that the
    'empty' whitespace-style option highlights empty lines only at
    BOB/EOB, as per the docstring of whitespace-style. (bug#31713)
