    Do not autoload some functions of tramp.el
    
    * lisp/net/tramp.el (tramp-completion-file-name-handler):
    Autoload a shortened version of this function, avoid recursive load.

    (tramp-completion-handle-expand-file-name)
    (tramp-completion-handle-file-name-all-completions)
