    * lisp/textmodes/tex-mode.el: Complete local envs.  Use #'.
    
    Use #' for function names.
    (latex-complete-envnames): Include existing environments in
    current buffer.
    (latex-insert-block): Use latex-complete-envnames.
    (tildify-foreach-ignore-environments): Declare.
