    Make erc connect asynchronously
    
    * lisp/erc/erc-backend.el (erc-server-reconnect): Use it to
    reconnect asynchronously.
    
    * lisp/erc/erc-backend.el (erc-open-network-stream): New function 
(bug#5650).
