    Use built-in encryption in imap.el
    
    * lisp/net/imap.el (imap-ssl-program): Remove (bug#21134).
    (imap-starttls-open): Use open-network-stream instead of starttls.el.
    (imap-tls-open): Use open-network-stream instead of tls.el.
