Document renaming of x-select-enable-* variables
* doc/emacs/killing.texi (Clipboard): Rename
x-select-enable-clipboard to select-enable-clipboard and
x-select-enable-primary to select-enable-primary. Update index
entries.
* etc/NEWS: Mark entry as documented.
