Texinfo does not put index entries in "dictionary order"
(that is, spaces are significant to Texinfo). As it happens,
"time stamps" and "timestamps" have two entries between them.
How far apart in the index do two entries need to be for
them both to be useful? Three seems borderline, and I could
go either way.
