I have pushed a new (_4) version of the installer (and of
emacs.nsi.patch) to my personal site, in case you would like to test
one more time prior to my installing the changes to emacs.nsi in the
emacs-30 branch. In this version we can:
- uninstall Emacs via Add/Remove programs, and we always
- remove empty program files parent folders when uninstalling

Note, patch actually used to make the linked binary as well as log
