Hm, I can't reproduce that, but I'm guessing it's a race condition with the process sentinel. Does this make the test pass for you?

Scratch that patch. I looked into this code more, and the following should (hopefully) fix the test, as well as improving Eshell's behavior when waiting for processes more generally.
