It's fairly new, and things don't move fast on that side.

I know, which is why I have negotiated this new element 🙂

If by "this" you mean the contributor telling you that it's completed,
then yes.  But with the new thingy you should receive that confirmation
directly from the copyright clerk at the same time as the
contributor does, in which case you don't need to.

Yup, I still haven't managed to negotiate a solution for that 🙁
