GNU ELPA is part of Emacs.  We move packages between GNU ELPA and core
Emacs as a matter of how it is most convenient to distribute each
individual package.  It was all planned for this.

This issue is not about distribution of one package, it is about the
overall direction of Emacs development.

Are you saying that the code to do the job of org-jami-bot in a
non-Org-specific way is trivial?  Does the jami-bot package do the
whole of that general job already?

If that is so, I will stand corrected.  So I'd like to check the code.
Stefan, would you please email me the source code of org-jami-bot?
