I think we should all be more hesitate to reach a harsh conclusion
based on seeing some sort of problem.  Every program has bugs.
When people report bugs, our mission is to debug them and fix them.

But whether a program has a bigger or deeper implementation problem
that is something we can't tell, except from broader experience and
knowledge about it.
