"ld: warning: -undefined dynamic_lookup may not work with chained fixups" on MacOS 12.6 on 28.2 release

Several users are commenting that they see the following ld error on recent Emacs builds, including the 28.2 release, on MacOS (12.6, specifically):

The error is "ld: warning: -undefined dynamic_lookup may not work with chained fixups".

Personally, I don't know if this is an issue with MacOS 12.6 or the 28.2 release or a combination of both, because I did both at the same time.
