Building master on Debian buster today after git clean -xf with

"CFLAGS='-O3 -no-pie' ../configure --with-gif=ifavailable --with-tiff=ifavailable 
--with-gnutls=no --without-pop"

resulted in some 18 occurrences of

Compiler-macro error for cl-member: Handler: cl--compiler-macro-member
(excessive-variable-binding)
Eager macro-expansion failure: (excessive-variable-binding)

Do I have to care?
