What's your definition of the commands "meant" for
a specific mode? Do you mean commands that are
useless outside of that mode? I asked this before
but got no answer.
If the answer is yes, then this is, essentially,
like using a :filter with an extended menu binding,
even one that's used only for keyboard key bindings:
a filter that enables the command only for one or
more specific mode(s).
