I agree.  I am not saying users should not be able to talk with servers
for dictionary lookup.  I am discussing a different question;
whether we should designate "use an internet server" as the default
way to do a job for which there is a natural local method.
I say we must never do that, because using the internet should
always be something one makes a special decision to do.
