As a quick guess, I would assume that changing all occurences of:
generated-autoload-file: "reftex.el"
to
generated-autoload-file: "reftex-loaddefs.el"
then adding
(require 'reftex-loaddefs)
to the end of reftex should do the job. Likewise, for the other
instances.
