The eww version looks much less nice.
Particularly neither eww nor info re-flow the text when the window size
changes. Or even if a new frame is created for the buffer.
One very nice thing about browsers is that they conventionally let you
open a link in a new window (in Emacs parlance, a frame). That is very
useful when you are reading documentation.
Emacs buffer/windows are probably as good but I'd like the text to
re-flow when that happened. Perhaps that can be easily hacked together.
