Maybe somebody lies to us about the real value of window_box_width?
This is used in extend_face_to_end_of_line to compute the width of the
stretch glyph we put at the left edge of each R2L display line.

And the problem is not limited to non-rightmost windows, I see it in
the rightmost window as well.  Which doesn't surprise me, since the
calculations in extend_face_to_end_of_line don't depend on that.
