Sorry, I don't see the difference. I asked you to point out those
differences, i.e. tell what does Texinfo have that is conceptually
different from Emacs faces. Unfortunately, you didn't.
I thought that giving @example as an example was a sufficient answer.
Emacs faces specify only the appearance of individual characters.
Styles in Texinfo can specify indentation and justification options, and
vertical space before or after, as well as the choice of font.
