Running the hook from run-mode-hooks instead of fundamental-mode would
be better, thanks.  I don't like the run-mode-hooks-hook name, tho.
I think we should find a name that better describes when it's run.
"after-change-major-mode-but-before-other-hooks-hook" is a bit wordy, so
I'm looking for ideas.
