This is only to get a faster bzr checkout, right?

The main point of git for me is that "bzr diff" and "bzr log" take
ages. I'm not sure why bzr can't cache it somehow, but it's a pain in
the ass to use.

Anyway, I guess we just have to wait for Andreas to fix it.
