I just got this in Emacs:
Program received signal SIGTRAP, Trace/breakpoint trap.

I have no idea now what this or why it happened. I tried to continue
and that seems to work.
This is as usual in my patched Emacs.
GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) from trunk 2010-10-19
