That just gives another error:

bzr: ERROR: Unable to connect to target of bound branch BzrBranch7(file:///Users/jhd/src/emacs/trunk/) => bzr+ssh://address@hidden/srv/bzr/emacs/trunk/: Not a branch: "bzr+ssh://address@hidden/srv/bzr/emacs/trunk/".

Has the tree changed name?

Use bzr[+ssh]://... instead.  Apparently there is suddenly a bzr server
