A bug was function w32-move-file-to-trash in w32.c
example: ("~/test" is directory)
(w32-move-file-to-trash "~/test")
=> ok
(w32-move-file-to-trash "~/test/")
=> error
So I fixed it.
(w32-move-file-to-trash "~/test/")
=> ok
Please use this patch not old one.
