Multiple debugging with gdb-ui

Since many people have stated that allowing multiple debug sessions within one
invocation of Emacs is important to them, I've adapted gud.el and gdb-ui.el to
do that.  You can download them from my homepage below.  The're a bit rough and
won't be ready for the release but they should basically do the right thing.
Since they are not currently part of Emacs it's probably best to report
bugs/improvements directly to me.
