The filename "foo.txt" indicates that this file is of type "plain
text document". The contents of the file indicate that the file is
of type "JPEG image". If you open this file, the file might present
a security risk to your system.
A "safety feature" that can be bypassed by simply giving the file a
different name such as "foo.jpg" is not reliable. It provides only
an appearance of safety.
If there is a real danger from some type of image file,
the only way to be safe is not to display those images.
