Thank you.  I have installed it now.

Actually, no other system defines BROKEN_NON_BLOCKING_CONNECT, but
it seems that I must have expected problems when I wrote the
non-blocking code, and thus added that option to disable it easily.

Too bad nobody cared to make non-blocking connects work on Windows 
before the release ...
