I have updated the emacs-pretesters mailing list
and I will now send out a pretest announcement.
I think someone suggested using Reply-to to avoid encouraging people
to send all their replies to the emacs-pretesters list. That would
do the job if someone were doing "reply to sender", but if someone
does "reply all" it will still go to the list.
Would Mail-followup-to do the job?
