dabbrev-expand and capitalization

`dabbrev-expand' must not de-capitalize words starting with umlauts like
Ä, Ö, or Ü.  Start emacs and enter:

    Das ist überraschend.  Über-!-

Pressing M-/ (M-x dabbrev-expand), I see the last word downcased:

    Das ist überraschend.  überraschend-!-
