I just noticed that emacs/lisp/term/w32-win.el contains the following lines: ;; Keyboard layout/language change events ;; For now ignore language-change events; in the future ;; we should switch the Emacs Input Method to match the ;; new layout/language selected by the user. (global-set-key [language-change] 'ignore) It is interesting that Windows generates `language-change' key event.
