It is worth fixing if possible, though not quite as important because
it only affects a non-free non-GNU-like system.

I was responding to the following:

    Yes.  And it might be reasonable to postpone _that_ until after the
    release.  Even though it would probably be of the "don't use it, and
    it won't break anything" variety.
