In Common Lisp, a function name is a symbol or a list of length 2 with
the first element being symbol SETF and the second element a symbol.
E.g., (SETF PACK:FOO-BAR) is a valid function name, just like FOO-BAR is.
Thus, the following is a valid ChangeLog entry:
* foo.lisp ((SETF FOO), (SETF BAR:BAZ)): ....
these terms are not correctly fontified.
