    XEmacs movemail does the first and third.  (It allows you to specify
    a compile-time default and then override it at run time.)

Once we have a run-time choice, it is trivial to add a way to set
the default at compile time.

    I've offered cooperation on producing a shared movemail previously.

Do you want to manage getting papers from all the contributors to the
XEmacs movemail?  If so, this would be practical.
