* progmodes/cperl-mode.el (cperl-outline-regexp): Move definition up.
This does not work because cperl-outline-regexp is using
cperl-imenu--function-name-regexp-perl, which at that point is not yet
defined. Either that internal variable is moved up near
cperl-outline-regexp (ugly, IMO), or cperl-outline-regexp is moved back.
