Please don't use brace notation like this in ChangeLog:

        * vc-{cvs,rcs,sccs}.el: Update callers to the above.

If the entry is written that way, a search for vc-cvs.el won't find
that entry.  That defeats one major way of using the change log.

I will fix this one.

Also, please don't use references such as "the above"
when you are referring to a different source file.
That is clear in ChangeLog but it is totally confusing
when the text is copied to a file's CVS log.
