Ok, the french tutorial is now updated to be in sync with the TUTORIAL
of 21.1.
I've not yet uploaded it to Savannah (i still don't know how to do so,
as soon as i've some time, i swear i will learn CVS. In the meantime, i
can send it to someone who know how do the trick).
I've noticed that French is not in the list of supported languages for
the TUTORIAL (in the Help/Emacs Tutorial (choose language) menu entry)
and i don't know how to add it.
