Let's do all of the above.  I intend on continuing on with the work,
so I'd definitely like to sign the legal papers.

I scraped and scrounged, and last night, I found a renegade version
of GNU Emacs 21-103.  It already looks GREAT!  I will screw around with
it as time permits, and work up on the testing side.  I put this one on
my Red Hat Linux 7.1 system.  I'm going to try to put the same code
on my Compaq Tru64 UNIX system at work so that I can use it throughout
the day.

On the documentation side, I know a little bit about Texinfo, but I wouldn't
say that I have the tags memorized.  Still, as an experienced developer, I
do not anticipate having problems modifying existing documentation.

Just the same, I will ramp up so that I can become productive in that space.
I think that can be my first deliverable, and the testing can be my second
deliverable.  I will be willing to document or test on either Windows, Linux,
or UNIX platforms, but it does sound like the Windows documentation could
really use some help, so I'd be pleased to start there.

So, where do I officially sign up?
